How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account and all associated data from Kaastel, please follow these steps:
Open the Kaastel App
Launch the Kaastel mobile application on your device.
Navigate to Settings
Tap on the Settings tab from the bottom navigation menu.
Find Delete Account Option
Scroll down to the "Others" section and tap on "Delete Account".
Confirm Deletion
Read the warning message carefully and confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.
What will be deleted
- Your profile information and account credentials
- All your saved properties and listings
- All spaces and rooms you've created
- All uploaded images and 360° panoramic photos
- All associated data and preferences
